Shipping & Returns
If you’ve ordered beans your coffee will be roasted on our next roast day. We roast orders on Mondays every week. Orders placed before 8am that morning are placed into the roasting queue for the day.
We work as hard as possible to ship all orders on the next day they are roasted.
We can ship up to a maximum weight of 20kg in total per order.
Shipping in the Netherlands
We offer standard and couriered shipping. All shipping is calculated at checkout.
Orders over the value of €50 will receive free shipping.
Shipping in the Eurozone
We offer standard and couriered shipping for EU orders. All shipping is calculated at checkout.
The shipping rate will be visible during checkout. Orders over the value of €150 receive free shipping.
Shipping to the UK - BREXIT UPDATE DECEMBER 2020
Unfortunately we are not shipping to the UK at the moment until it becomes clear how shipping and duties will be handled. Yeah sucks doesn't it? We are as sorry about having to do this.
Return & Exchange Policy
By law, customers within the European Union have the right to a ‘cooling off period’ within 14 working days of their purchase being delivered.
If you decide to return a non-perishable item to us during this period, you will be entitled to a refund of the cost of the item and the delivery charge, but not the return charge.
The 'cooling off period' does not apply to products that are custom made, personalised (ie. roasted to order coffee) or perishables.
If you are however returning an item because it is damaged, faulty or in any way defective, Ripsnorter will refund the delivery and return fee upon receipt of the goods.
